We’re actually going to travel to Thailand next week!  Woohoo!

This is one of the unsponsored kids I hope to be able to hug in person!

Also this child — Winai.  I’m thankful he’s been chosen to receive a sponsor.

Also this young boy — I noticed in his bio that he has no mother, and has to care for small children in the home.  This boy needs to be in school, and his family needs the support that sponsorship will give all of them.  I’m thankful he’s been chosen to receive a sponsor.

This is the final unsponsored child I hope to meet next week.  Jakkritt is in kindergarten and also enjoys all the activities at the Compassion project — soccer, bicycling and group games.  But he has no sponsor yet.  I’m actively looking for sponsors for all four of these kids.

Josue — completed his sponsorship in 2002 — was in Port-au-Prince the last I heard.

Please pray for Josue and his family.  I’m grateful for ministries like Compassion that will be doing all they can to help the survivors, treat the injured, and raise up leaders to make decisions for the future.

Enold — the young man I currently sponsor in Haiti — and Josue’s little brother.  These boys’ father is a pastor, and he walks 4 1/2 hours every Saturday to get to his church on the island of La Gonave.
